College 1 International Organization Protecting the Yellow Sea through Global Cooperation

What is College 1?

College 1 is a group for international organizations and multilateral cooperation bodies that lead global efforts to ensure the sustainability of the Yellow Sea.
Through an extensive international network, these institutions conduct research, facilitate technology exchange, and coordinate policies for marine protection.

Who Can Join?
  1. UN-affiliated agencies and global environmental organizations
  2. International water resource and marine conservation bodies
  3. Multilateral cooperation networks and policy research institutions

If your organization is an international body, you can join College 1 and contribute to the protection of the Yellow Sea.

Current Members (as of January 2025)
  1. IAHR (International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research) Conducts research on hydraulics and water resource management to promote sustainable water cycles.
  2. AWC (Asia Water Council) Promotes international cooperation and policy development to address water issues in Asia.
  3. Hydro AsiaFacilitates research and innovation in hydrology and water resources across the Asian region.
  4. Korea National Trust A citizen-led initiative dedicated to preserving natural and cultural heritage through conservation efforts.
  5. ARRN (Asia River Restoration Network) Promotes international cooperation for sustainable river management and ecological restoration in Asia.
