College 2 Local Government Working Together for the Yellow Sea’s Sustainable Future

What is College 2?

College 2 includes local governments and legislative bodies that play a crucial role in promoting sustainable policies for the Yellow Sea region. These entities lead various projects and regulations to enhance marine conservation at the regional level.

Who Can Join?
  1. Local governments (Metropolitan cities, provinces, counties, districts, municipal offices, etc.)
  2. Local legislative councils (City councils, provincial councils, parliamentary committees)
  3. Regional environmental regulatory agencies

If your organization is a local government or legislative body, join College 2 to participate in Yellow Sea conservation efforts.

  1. Ongjin CountyLeads coastal ecosystem preservation and marine waste reduction programs
  2. Ganghwa CountyFocuses on marine and wetland conservation, as well as eco-tourism development
  3. Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZ)Develops sustainable coastal infrastructure and eco-friendly economic models
