What is College 2?
College 2 includes local governments and legislative bodies that play a crucial role in promoting sustainable policies for the Yellow Sea region. These entities lead various projects and regulations to enhance marine conservation at the regional level.
Who Can Join?- Local governments (Metropolitan cities, provinces, counties, districts, municipal offices, etc.)
- Local legislative councils (City councils, provincial councils, parliamentary committees)
- Regional environmental regulatory agencies
If your organization is a local government or legislative body, join College 2 to participate in Yellow Sea conservation efforts.

- Ongjin CountyLeads coastal ecosystem preservation and marine waste reduction programs
- Ganghwa CountyFocuses on marine and wetland conservation, as well as eco-tourism development
